The OUTRACE possibilities applied to residential contexts
A complete workout area, just few steps away from your home door. Fitness rooms and private clubs are increasingly spreading in residential contexts, in order to provide to all the residents a service which is more and more decisive in the evaluations of the potential new tenants. AVEN Apartments represents a perfect example of this trend: besides the beautiful living units, this Downtown Los Angeles residential building completes its luxury offer with top class fitness and wellbeing amenities, which include sport courts (beach-volley and basketball), a swimming pool and a complete indoor and outdoor fitness area.
The outdoor area, located under a modern gazebo, is used for bodyweight exercises and holistic classes, but must of all it features as a true protagonist a Black and White OUTRACE R2-5. Here is the experience with OUTRACE of one of AVEN’s residents (Instagram profile: @g_thebaptist), who trains every day on the structure:
I am really enjoying using OUTRACE at AVEN: it gives me different options besides weightlifting, which I tend to do only few times a week. The thing that I appreciate the most is that it is fully equipped and, therefore, it gives you the possibility to be creative, so that your workout never becomes repetitive. Here at AVEN the access is totally free, anybody can use the structure at all the time: personally, I try to get inspired for my workout by looking at OUTRACE’s Instagram profile. I think it is definitely an added value to the already super equipped gym, and that’s probably one of the main reasons why I have chosen to live here. AVEN has really amazing amenities: it is a luxury environment with a modern look, that pushes you to get better and wanting better for yourself. Adding an OUTRACE was just the cherry on the cake!
The trend of adding OUTRACE to residential contexts can be found also in other installations all over the world, and in particular in the USA: an Outdoor Black-Chromed OUTRACE R3-7 Door has recently been installed in San Diego, in Hanover Mission Valley, while a Cube is now making part of the gym of 565 Broome SoHo, a residential building designed by Renzo Piano in New York City, and an outdoor OUTRACE R2-7 will be available for the residents of Hudson at East, in Orlando.
Fitness rooms and equipment are increasingly spreading in residential contexts and AVEN Apartments represents a perfect example of this trend.
The Refinery provides a very complete fitness offer, which includes group classes, personal training solutions and open gym access.
The Monte-Carlo Country Club has organized a special demonstration, with OUTRACE’s trainers showing the full potential of the structure to the club members.
