Outrace Training System®
Level 2 / 1 day course (8 hours)
Starting from the fundamental principles of the OUTRACE Training System, you learn how to operate many advanced OUTRACE movable and apps.
Among others: Trapizex, Flyo, Training Ladder, basic Flying exercises, Barbell Lever, Plyo Board, Dips Bar, Pull Up Bar, and Ball trampoline.
The same concepts can also be applied to advanced free body training (Joint Mobility and Calisthenics). You also learn to set up exercises and training sessions based explicitly on the needs and levels of both single or group training.
